Job Profile Summary


RSM is seeking highly motivated interns to help design, organize, and enhance the Catamaran Hub, RSM's next-generation managed services experience. The intern will work alongside business leaders, managed services professionals, and digital transformation teams to help build a unified destination that supports business growth, client delivery, knowledge management, AI-enabled experiences, and operational excellence.

 

This role is ideal for students interested in business analysis, digital transformation, user experience, knowledge management, AI, consulting, managed services, or product management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Sophomore or Junior standing preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, business operations, consulting, product management, or artificial intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot studio, pro-code and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $17 - $21 per hour
