NVIDIA Public Sector seeks dynamic Program Support to help drive alignment across teams, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across core business units (Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security) to enable the Public Sector organization. The role is located in Northern VA. Do you like operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, join our team!

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide direct program support to Public Sector leadership by coordinating priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Strong focus on process improvement, ensuring that workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Coordinating cross-functional tasking and maintaining clear priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Improving business operations through supporting structured planning, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of processes.

What we need to see:

  • You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

  • 5+ years experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to support governance processes by preparing briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making.

  • Solid communication skills ensure clarity of direction and execution across teams.

  • Ability to organize and document key meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.

  • Support adherence to required timekeeping compliance and working with financial audit team.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Apply AI to integrate business technologies, aligning cross-platform workflows and eliminating manual data silos.

  • Manage and structure MS SharePoint sites; data access and general configuration management.

  • General understanding of GovCon timekeeping systems and compliance.

  • General understanding of protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) using an enclave that adheres to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
