A DAY IN THE LIFE:Ā POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā
Service LeadershipĀ
Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate,Ā developĀ and execute strategies to achieveĀ short- and long-termĀ businessĀ objectivesĀ especially related to service activities and programs.Ā
Works with district(s)/territories/Regional Sales Coordinators to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of CRDM implant and follow-up coverage for assigned geography.Ā
Partners with salesĀ team toĀ drive key service initiatives and provide service assessments via periodic business reviews, RFPs, etc. that highlight the value of Medtronic service to our customers.Ā
Lead and drive changes focused on service burden reduction and new service models.Ā
Work with regional and district leadership to align resources based on business priorities andĀ appropriate serviceĀ demands.Ā
CVGĀ
Partner with district management teams to achieve businessĀ objectives,Ā execute onĀ CVG strategies, implant,Ā revenueĀ and expense goals.Ā
Drive cross BU support for key CVG programs/needs.Ā
Manage the CVG Champions Program to ensure proper execution of BU expectations.Ā Ā Drive accountability through adherence to deadlines andĀ timelyĀ documentation ofĀ Champion-relatedĀ activities in Salesforce.com and completion of other stated deliverables.Ā
People ManagementĀ
ManagesĀ ServiceĀ Team to deliver unsurpassed service, technicalĀ expertiseĀ and support the achievement of implant and revenue goals.Ā
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to direct reports; provides regular performance reviews and implements corrective actions where necessary.Ā
AssistĀ employees with individual development planning.Ā
