Job Description

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, client instructions, and related records to establish documented requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate study designs and project records in Eurofins LIMS, the Eurofins client relationship management application, and other designated systems.
• Confirm methods, protocols, samples, reference materials, specifications, contacts, and other prerequisites are available or actively tracked before initiation.
• Serve as the routine client contact; lead status meetings; document decisions, owners, and target dates; and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate work across Operations, Quality Assurance, Analytical Test Designers, Stability and Sample Administration, Finance, Quoting, Business Development, and supporting functions.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and open actions; identify foreseeable risks and communicate recovery needs before commitments are missed when practicable.
• Compare requested work with approved scope; identify scope changes; initiate change-order or commercial review; and monitor purchase-order coverage.
• Review assigned invoices and billing milestones and support resolution of discrepancies.
• Resolve routine issues using established processes and escalate significant risks with the issue, impact, actions taken, owner, and decision or support requested.
• Maintain professional, complete, traceable, current project documentation and backup coverage.
• Support Associate PM learning and peer coverage when assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to learn eLlMS, EtQ and Microsoft Office application is required.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions. Ability to analyze complex data sets as part of root cause analysis and statistical modeling/trending.
• Experience with tools and methods for project management. Project management or facilitation experience.

Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
