Inc. is searching for a full-time Materials and Procurement Supervisor to direct site-level supply chain operations, tool tracking, and material logistics for our I&E Renewables division across our Boise area project sites. We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven leader with a background in construction and procurement to help us support field operations and maintain project efficiency. For our Materials and Procurement Supervisoer we competitive salary pay of $80,000 or more depending on experience, along with per diem for heavy travel across site locations. This position includes a schedule of Monday ā Friday, 7:00 AM ā 5:30 PM (Saturdays as needed for construction support). We also provide an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MATERIALS AND PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR
- Proven experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain logistics.
- Hands-on experience with tools, tool trailer management, and heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience logging inventory into ERP software.
- Strong organizational skills to execute precise inventory counts and site audits.
- Willingness to travel heavily between sites as needed.
