The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) Government Spares has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Procurement Analyst (Level 1) to join our Dallas, TX team.
The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to become a Procurement Analyst in a Supplier Performance team supporting Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G). Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Supports supplier execution, communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Position Responsibilities:
Operates as direct external supplier interface responsible for maintaining awareness of order status and constraints impacting supplier performance.
Balances supply and demand to support dynamic customer requirements.
Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to team members.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Knowledge in Supply Chain/Procurement
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience working in a team atmosphere: Ability to work across functions (Teamwork)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery
