Duties
Direct the accomplishment of assigned work operations within the limits of established policies and basic production schedules. Supervises workers through subordinate supervisors and/or leaders. Technically accountable for the work operations of an organizational segment. Plans, schedules, and prioritizes work assignments on a weekly to monthly basis for accomplishment. Analyzes work schedules, determines manpower, tooling, material requirements and methods to be used.
