A Day in the Life
This is a field based position. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also includes travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.

A Senior Territory Manager is expected to achieve annualĀ sales objectivesĀ through selling and supporting the Companyās neurovascular products whileĀ representingĀ Medtronic to the customerĀ in accordance withĀ Company policies andĀ AdvaMedĀ guidelines.⯠Territory Managers develop clinical and administrative relationships in assigned accounts and formulate a grow and defend territory strategy, accounting for competitive pressures and local market conditions.⯠Territory Managers are expected toĀ demonstrateĀ High PerformanceĀ Practices and competencies as they meet and exceedĀ objectivesĀ for this role.āÆĀ

Responsibilities may include theĀ followingĀ and other duties may be assigned.Ā
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Ā
- Achieve all territoryĀ sales objectivesĀ annually in alignment with the business strategy and annual compensation plan.Ā
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including key opinion leaders and related major medical associations and academic centers of excellence.Ā
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessingĀ needsĀ and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Neurovascular products and/or services.Ā
- Collaborates across key internal stakeholder groups (finance, sales operations, marketing, OEM, etc.) as well as peers toĀ identifyĀ and address trends and to support business goals and strategy.Ā
- Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitorsā activities.Ā
- Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Ā
- Assesses customer needs and feedbackĀ regardingĀ new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D,Ā OperationsĀ and Marketing.Ā
- Complete business analytics and regional reporting assignments inĀ a timely,Ā accurateĀ fashion.⯠Conduct quarterly business reviews toĀ exhibitĀ achievement of sales goals in all assigned accounts.Ā
- Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketingĀ practices, andĀ keep sales management informed concerning them.Ā
- Participate fully in training on new products and procedures throughĀ in personĀ and online training programs.āÆĀ AttendĀ regional and national meetings, asĀ required.Ā
- Adjust customer complaintsĀ in accordance withĀ CompanyĀ policy andĀ adviseĀ sales management promptly of any situation beyond the Territory Managerās scope of authority.Ā
- Assist with Sales Training courses, both in the field and in the corporate office.Ā
- Understand andĀ demonstrateĀ theĀ High PerformanceĀ Practices and Expectations in daily work activities.Ā

Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.⯠In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.Ā

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
