You will lead key execution initiatives in our effort to introduce next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers working alongside high performance computing engineers and technologists.Ā This role will also help scale program execution through data-driven workflows and practical use of AI-enabled tools for program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication.

What you will be doing:Ā 

  • Full program ownership, with primary focus on:Ā 

    • Comprehensive cross-functional schedulesĀ 

    • Ensure sound execution strategy is established and implementedĀ 

    • Continuously assessing program risks and mitigation plansĀ 

    • Review upstream POR (plan of record) changes and drive program strategyĀ Ā 

    • Own program POR, document strategy changes and rationale for decisionsĀ 

  • Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies Ā 

  • Ensure cohesive collaboration between cross-functional teams and leads: architects, engineers, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teamsĀ 

  • Lead project staff meetings to:

    • Prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focusĀ 

    • Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolveĀ 

  • Report out program status to team members at all levelsĀ 

  • Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current programĀ 

  • Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across theĀ organization

What we need to see:Ā 

  • Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degreeĀ 

  • 8+ year Technical Program Management ExperienceĀ with Strong experience in Product Development

  • Proven leadership and communication skills and the ability to influence without authorityĀ while using data, AI-enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignment

  • Identify and balance between decision makers and influencersĀ 

  • Understand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step-by-stepĀ 

  • Owns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generationĀ 

  • Always define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverableĀ 

  • Must link strategy to impact and project outcomes and demonstrate a logical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performance including practical use of AI-enabled tools to improve program insight.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
