Job Responsibilities
- Leads complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.
- Provides strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.
- Oversees engagement teams, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
- Supports client relationship management and engagement expansion opportunities.
- Collaborates with deal, functional, and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentors managers and supports development of future leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.
- Consulting or advisory leadership experience.
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: As required by client engagements.
- Peak Periods: Increased workload during major transactions.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
