Group Details
We are recruiting for an analyst to support Tradeweb’s regulatory and voluntary sustainability reporting programs. The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities; detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy and consistency; and intellectually curious and eager to develop knowledge of sustainability regulation, reporting practices and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, consolidation, review and validation of sustainability data used in regulatory reporting and disclosures.
- Maintain Bases of Preparation, process narratives and supporting documentation to promote consistent reporting, effective internal controls and external assurance readiness.
- Perform first-level data reviews and control activities, including completeness checks, variance analysis, supporting-documentation review and issue follow-up.
- Partner with internal data owners to develop reporting metrics, clarify data requirements and resolve data-quality or methodology questions.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of technology solutions used to collect, manage, analyze and report sustainability information.
- Research, test and implement AI-enabled solutions to support regulatory research, data analysis, disclosure preparation and reporting workflows, while maintaining appropriate review, documentation and data-governance practices.
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging sustainability regulations, assess potential applicability and reporting requirements, and support implementation planning for regulations determined to be in scope.
- Track reporting requirements, deliverables and deadlines, escalating risks or data gaps and supporting their timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Up to two years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, regulatory reporting, data governance, accounting, assurance, data analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, environmental studies or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting concepts, frameworks or regulations, such as the GHG Protocol, TCFD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB Standards
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large or complex datasets.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies, document conclusions and communicate issues clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and quickly develop knowledge of new subject areas and reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when working with confidential, sensitive or incomplete information.

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $70,000 to $80,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
- This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program.
