  • Provide recommendations to site leadership on security and fire protection operations, policies, procedures, and technology applications.
  • Research and recommend security best practices and other initiatives that improve risk management, compliance, service quality, and operational readiness.
  • Initiate and support continuous-improvement activities that promote high-quality, cost-effective security and fire protection services.
  • Communicate significant security issues, risks, trends, assessment results, and improvement opportunities to Global Security leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Promote engagement, capability development, and security and safety excellence among site security leaders and teams.

  • Experience supervising, leading, or providing operational direction to security personnel or contracted security teams.
  • Working knowledge of video surveillance, access-control, and other physical-security systems.
  • Ability to facilitate the implementation of corporate policies, standards, and best practices related to security, fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to prepare clear written reports, presentations, and business communications.
