Job Description

The Investment Product Solutions manager supports a diverse portfolio of wealth management and investment products, helping drive product delivery, advisor support, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a flexible resource across multiple investment product lines, partnering with teams across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Supervision, and external vendors to support product implementation, governance, due diligence, and ongoing product management activities. The position plays a key role in making sure products are delivered efficiently, advisor needs are addressed, and business and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a portfolio of investment and wealth management products and strategic initiatives
  • Respond to advisor inquiries and coordinate resolution of product-related issues and escalations
  • Manage product implementation activities, onboarding efforts, and cross-functional project deliverables
  • Support product governance, due diligence, product approvals, and ongoing product oversight activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver product enhancements and operational improvements
  • Develop advisor communications, training materials, and readiness resources
  • Monitor product performance, operational issues, and advisor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reporting, dashboards, governance materials, and leadership updates
  • Maintain strong relationships with product sponsors and support ongoing vendor management activities
  • Drive process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and advisor experience


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience and wealth management, brokerage, investment products, or advisor platform experience

- FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of alternative investments, mutual funds, ETFs, retirement products, donor-advised funds, and 1031 exchanges
  • Experience supporting product governance, due diligence, product approvals, and regulatory review processes
  • Familiarity with advisor support, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, custodians, product sponsors, or strategic business partners
  • Strong project management and implementation experience, including tracking milestones and coordinating stakeholders
  • Experience developing advisor communications, training materials, or educational programs
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and partner with technology and operations teams to implement solutions
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level presentations
  • FINRA Series 24 preferred, but not required

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
