Job Description

The Global Fee Management group supports fee billing activities across several business lines. This team supports Global Fund Services and plays a critical role in ensuring fee information is accurately established, maintained, and processed to support client accounts and business operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team. In this role, you will analyze and interpret fee schedules and agreements, establish billing information within internal systems, and support the accurate administration of client accounts for fee billing and revenue posting purposes.

You will work closely with internal partners to process account requests, maintain billing records, research inquiries, and ensure the accuracy of fee-related information. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes and systems.

What You'll Do

- Review and interpret fee agreements and fee schedules.

- Set up and maintain billing records within the fee management platform.

- Process requests submitted through the Entrata workflow system.

- Complete account setup, billing maintenance, billing changes, invoice inquiries, and account terminations.

- Perform peer reviews to help ensure accuracy and quality.

- Research and resolve billing-related questions from business partners.

- Utilize systems including Entrata, Advantage Fee, Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools.

- Follow established procedures, regulatory guidelines, and internal documentation to ensure accurate processing.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and share ideas that enhance team efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- One or more years of financial industry related experience

- Some background and knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s) and applicable regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Strong customer relations skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Ability to analyze and interpret documentation, agreements, and fee schedules.

- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.

- Ability to manage work across multiple systems and platforms.

- Strong written communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures and reference materials.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
