Summary
This position is assigned to the Military Ticket Program (MTP); Recreation Branch (N922); Fleet Readiness Division (N92); Fleet and Family Readiness Department (N9); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Millington, TN. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the CNIC Headquarters (HQ), MTP by seeking various partnerships with ticket vendors, suppliers and providers of attractions that are readily available in the ticket industry.
Duties

Duties include but are not limited to: Establishes and maintains relationships with special attraction vendors in order to procure and manage vendor agreements for discounted attraction offerings available to Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs for the Department of War (DoW), Department of the Navy (DON), CNIC and Joint Services (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard and Air Force). Builds, maintains, and tracks vendor agreements via the Ticket Management System (TMS) to make tickets available to authorized users. Coordinates activities among various services, MTP personnel, HQ staff, the 180+ Community Recreation Ticket and Travel (Navy)/Information, Ticket and Travel (Marine Corps, Coast Guard & Air Force)/Leisure Travel Services (Army) offices, military and command authority, such as local travel fair assistance, distributing marketing collateral, and annual training jamboree facilitation. Maintains integrity of the program, following established guidelines and protocols. Utilizes FFR ServiceNow, group mailboxes, and other program tools to provide advice, customer service, technical guidance, supplemental training, and responses to programmatic issues with installation staff, program directors, DoD staff, vendors and Service counterparts. Provides input on the development, validation and updating of MTP-related policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), annual operating budget, training manuals, and procedural guides to supplement higher-level guidance. Communicates technical issues to the field and follows-up with resolutions. Conducts Quality Assurance (QA) on vendor contracts, tickets, software interfacing, and to ensures tickets are managed correctly through their life cycle. Runs weekly reports and validates data before dissemination to the field or participating field installations. Collects, validates, inputs, and updates vendor-related data into a variety of databases. Promotes MTP services utilizing outreach opportunities through day-to-day interactions with installations, their customers and vendors. Provides operations support through after-action reports, data collection and database administration utilizing a variety of computer software which tracks patrons' usage and responses, such as providing information for metrics and patron counts. Tracks, verifies, manages, loads, and returns vendor-provided barcodes. Conducts inventory, researches discrepancies and prepares barcode close outs and end of month documentation for proper accountability of program liabilities and resources. Reconciles data and works with accounting to post corrections, monthly. Updates electronic and multi-media support tools. Develops partnerships with both on base and off base organizations (e.g., ticket offices and sellers) to support and benefit the MTP. Drives to local ticket office to deliver materials or provide assistance with ticket issue resolution.

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Salary is inclusive of locality pay. Some positions have special requirements.
