Duties
Planning, preparing, directing, managing, and supporting a large- scale program of field data collection operation, i.e. survey, census, etc. Develop staff for succession planning including team building, and the maintenance of highly effective and efficient field workforce. Implementing and managing of administrative rules, regulations, and policies for payroll and personnel for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and paying a large, decentralized field staff. Planning, coordinating, deploying, and managing automated systems and property for field data collection.
Qualifications and evaluation
