Job Description
Location expectations:
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to join the Windows Platform & Solutions Engineering team within Employee Technology Experience. This team is responsible for the enterprise platforms that manage Windows devices across the bank, supporting modern device management, application deployment, software distribution, operating system lifecycle management, automation, and endpoint modernization initiatives.
This person will serve as a senior technical expert responsible for Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), endpoint management engineering, PowerShell automation, and enterprise Windows device management. They will partner closely with engineering, operations, and architecture teams to modernize the employee technology experience and improve the management of endpoint services at scale.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager environments
- Support enterprise-scale Windows endpoint management services
- Develop PowerShell automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint management, deployment, and patching issues
- Support application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management processes
- Assist with Windows Autopilot and modern device management initiatives
- Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts
- Create reporting and analytics solutions supporting endpoint management operations
- Partner with operations teams to operationalize new capabilities and technologies
- Provide engineering leadership and endpoint management best-practice guidance
Must Have Skills:
- 5-7+ years of Windows endpoint engineering experience
- Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) experience
- Strong Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing enterprise endpoint management platforms
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting software deployment and patch management processes
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
