THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA) This position is part of the IN JFHQ IN Facilities, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number PD#T5406000. Duties
Serves as a principal advisor and action officer to the CFMO on all proposed ARNG construction, maintenance, and facilities management plans within the state. Oversees management of all ARNG real property. Oversees development, maintenance and update of ARNG Energy Programs. Executes functions in the absence of the CFMO. Coordinates with state Geographic Information Officer (GIO) for the establishment and development of an Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS) for the FMO for use in planning and installation management. Plans and schedules work in a manner that promotes a smooth flow and even distribution. Performs other duties as assigned.

***NOTE*** Indefinite Appointments are TEMPORARY in nature, but eligible to receive benefits. You must select YES to the Temporary Position question within the Assessment Questionnaire to be considered for this job announcement. If already holding T5 permanent status with INNG as a federal technician, permanent status remains.
