Slab Fab Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Slab Fabricator/Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for fabricating, transporting, and installing stone slabs while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Fabricate and prepare stone slabs for installation.
• Load, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Install countertops and other stone products at customer locations.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Measure, cut, polish, and finish stone as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and at customer job sites.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to safely handle heavy stone materials.
