Job Summary:Ā
The Estimator scrutinizes incoming inquiries, evaluates all technical issues, prepares estimates of the costs for the execution of the works, submits proposals to clients and negotiates terms and conditions with the clients to contract award. The Estimator has knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles. The Estimator will estimate the cost of self-perform work and project indirect costs. The Estimator will be a self-starter and work efficiently and must be able to meet critical deadlines, and work as part of a greater team.āÆĀ
