Summary
This position is located in the Office of the Administration, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U. S. Department of Justice. Incumbent serves as Space and Facilities Analyst. This is a Competitive Service position; additional positions may be filled from this announcement within 90 days of certificate issuance.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Reviews project reports and recommend actions to maintain operational efficiency and maximize productivity. Prepares and submits all Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWA) to the General Services Administration (GSA). Provides support for various real estate projects in accordance with U.S General Services Administration (GSA) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) space acquisition, management and administration policies, standards and procedures. Supporting development of space, parking, occupancy agreements and financial records. Tracks requests and conducts frequent audits to ensure completion. Develops responses to new and emerging program needs. Compiles detailed information, analyzes and formulates SFMS budget submission drafts for EOIR facility needs including rent, parking, work orders and RWAs.
Qualifications and evaluation
