Work for the Americas Prudential Regulatory Relations Group (ARRG) by coordinating regulatory exams and continuous monitoring activities and enabling process improvement through documentation and technology (including Teams, AI, and OpenPages). In addition, this person will provide ad-hoc support on various Reg Relations initiatives, including across other Regulatory Relations regions / functions. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and senior management to ensure timely, accurate, and well-controlled responses to regulators.

Primary Responsibilities

> Continuous Monitoring and Examination-Related Activities
> Schedule, attend, and monitor regulatory meetings, produce written notes / summaries; track action items and coordinate responses to follow-up requests.
> Ensure meeting materials are prepared, reviewed, and available in advance of regulator engagements.
> Provide guidance on, review, quality-check, and produce documents requested for regulatory examinations and continuous monitoring.
> Maintain a centralized repository of significant examination and continuous monitoring documentation, including version control and auditability.
> Support the creation and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Teams sites used for regulatory engagements and internal coordination.

Project Management Activities
> Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting/metrics for regulatory matters; ensure data accuracy and clear executive-ready presentation.
> Contribute to Regulatory Relations technology initiatives, including AI enablement, and support adoption of future tools and enhancements.
> Develop and manage the Regulatory Relations Teams site(s); use the site to enable standardized processes, information sharing, and stakeholder communications.
> Maintain procedure documents, templates, and guidance materials to ensure consistent execution and knowledge retention.
> Assist with management team with continuity planning reviews and system owner privacy reviews, coordinating inputs and tracking completion.

Qualifications (Required)


> At least 5 years experience supporting regulatory examinations, continuous monitoring, or issue remediation or experience from a regulatory organization such as the FRB, OCC, FDIC
> Ability to quickly learn key concepts, remain flexible, and adapt to shifting priorities.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
> Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
> Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
> Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries.
> Excellent attention to detail and end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
> Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and documentation.
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration/content platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
> Working knowledge of AI tools and an interest in applying automation to improve reporting, documentation, and process execution.
> Strong relationship management skills

Qualifications (Preferred)


> Experience supporting regulatory examinations, continuous monitoring, or issue remediation
> Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance platforms and regulatory issue tracking/reporting.

Please note that the location listed for this role is temporary. The position’s work location will transition to 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized
basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
