- Lead or facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, release planning, and workstream-level readiness activities.
- Own implementation of readiness for assigned capabilities, including business readiness, communications, training, support processes, operational handoffs, deployment validation, and stabilization.
- Lead cross-functional defect triage and resolution, confirming delivered functionality meets requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Define success measures with Product and analytics partners and use adoption, experience, operational, quality, and business insights to inform ongoing improvement.
- Evaluate solution options across process, configuration, integration, data, build, and vendor capabilities with consideration for user value, feasibility, risk, cost, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- For AI-enabled and automated capabilities, translate opportunities into clear user, business, data, risk, control, testing, and human-oversight requirements in partnership with appropriate governance teams.
- Represent assigned product capabilities in leadership, governance, vendor, and implementation discussions; communicate recommendations, decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Promote disciplined product practices across discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
