The Boeing Company

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Lead Test and Evaluation Engineer (LTEE) in support of Commercial and Government Satellite Systems programs in El Segundo, California. Our site is home to Boeing's satellite business portfolio where we design and sell communications satellites and payloads for telecommunications, broadband, scientific and environmental applications. This is home of the world’s largest dedicated satellite factory with over 1 million square feet of integration and test facilities. Boeing satellites reliably deliver digital communications, mobile communications, broadband internet connectivity, streaming entertainment, and direct-to-home entertainment around the world.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead teams working complex technical challenges in support of satellite communications programs. Lead Test and Evaluation Engineers perform as the systems engineering authority for test and will interact with other engineering disciplines and subsystem experts including GN&C, T&C, Propulsion, RF & Digital Payload, mechanical engineering, and specialty engineering and capabilities such as our environmental test labs. In addition, this position requires an individual with excellent technical, communication, relationship-building skills, and systems engineering thinking. This role will support Government and Commercial programs.
