About the Role

We're hiring a Revenue Manager to own RevPAR for a region of our portfolio. You'll have a set of markets and units, and you'll be responsible for pricing, length-of-stay strategy, channel mix, and promotions across them.

This role comes with real decision authority early in your career. You'll review the data, make a call, and check whether it worked. The people who do well here spot problems in their region early and move quickly to fix them.

What You'll Own

  • Regional RevPAR: Rate and occupancy for your markets against plan.
  • Pricing: Rate decisions for your markets based on comp sets, seasonality, and local events.
  • Length of stay: The right mix of short and long stays in each market, including minimum-stay rules, extension pricing, and monthly rates.
  • Channels: Direct vs. OTA positioning, rate parity, and promo participation for your region.
  • Underperforming units: Find apartments that are falling behind, figure out why (price, photos, location, or asset quality), and work with the local GM and supply team to fix them.
  • Forecast and pace: A weekly view of where your region will land, what changed, and what you're doing about it.
  • Partner questions: Explain pricing decisions to GMs and property partners in plain language.

What We're Looking For

  • One to two years in a formal revenue management program at a hotel, airline, or revenue management firm (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Delta, United, American, or similar). You know pace, pickup, comp sets, and displacement.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and good judgment with data. You can tell when a number looks wrong and figure out why.
  • AI fluency. You use tools like Claude every day, or you're eager to start.
  • Agency. This is the trait we screen for hardest. You can take an unclear problem with incomplete data, reach a decision quickly, and act on it.
  • Comfort being measured. RevPAR results are visible across the company.
  • Open to relocating to Birmingham. Our HQ is here and this role works best in the office alongside the pricing team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 base salary + OTE
  • Relocation support to Birmingham
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, and FSA or HSA
  • 401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay
  • Generous PTO
  • Room to grow. This team is being built and we promote from within.
  • $750 annually in Landing Stays
