Talent Acquisition team member will fill in the Posting description after intake meeting. 职位描述: 1、参与AI产品培训视频、品牌视频等内容制作,完成素材整理、剪辑、配乐、字幕等工作,协助输出高质量视频内容。 2、使用AI工具提升剪辑效率、制作特效、完成素材匹配。 3、参与视频创意脚本策划,结合AI产品特点,一起打磨更有传播力的内容。 4、负责实拍视频材料的后期优化调整。职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,影视制作、数字媒体、广播电视编导等相关专业优先,在校生可投递；至少实习 3个月,每周到岗不少于 4 天（现场办公）。 2、熟练使用剪映、PR、AE 等剪辑软件。 3、接触过AI视频或设计工具,对AI、机械行业感兴趣,愿意学习并尝试新的创作方式。 4、有一定审美和镜头感,做事认真,沟通顺畅,能够高效配合团队完成项目。 5、有互联网、科技或硬件行业实习经历者优先。 6、加分项:熟悉 Au、达芬奇等专业软件；能够独立设计视频封面、海报；英语能力良好投递时请附上作品集（链接或文件均可）。我们更看重的是:会用AI,也有自己的想法。AI 可以提高效率,但好的创意、节奏和内容表达,依然来自你的判断和审美。 Job Systems/Information Technology Organization Cummins Inc.
