WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Product Integrity safeguards athletes and the brand by ensuring product issues are identified, assessed, and resolved with speed and precision. This role reports to the Director, Issue Management and leads a team of Product Integrity Engineers responsible for resolving complex Apparel and Accessories product issues.

You will partner closely with Product Creation, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Supplier Management, Marketplace Operations, GEO teams, and external manufacturing partners to drive timely resolution, sustainable corrective actions, and stronger product outcomes.

They are skilled at identifying root cause, assessing risk, and guiding teams toward sustainable corrective actions.

Equally important, they are a strong people leader who builds trust with experienced technical teams. They set clear priorities, coach with consistency, create accountability, and foster a culture rooted in collaboration, learning, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity, issue data, KPIs, and business risk into clear recommendations for partners and leaders.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Textile Sciences, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 8+ years of experience in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Integrity, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, garment construction, production quality systems, and factory operations.
  • Experience leading, developing, and coaching high-performing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex product issues and driving cross-functional resolution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and influencing skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear actions and business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead resolution of Nike’s most complex Apparel and Accessories product issues. You’ll guide a team of engineers through ambiguity, align cross-functional partners on root cause and corrective actions, and turn issue learnings into improvements that strengthen products and protect consumer trust.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Integrity Engineers, building a capability and a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Own end-to-end issue resolution across Apparel and Accessories, including intake, prioritization, investigation, escalation, corrective action, and closure.
  • Apply apparel manufacturing expertise to guide complex investigations, identify root causes, assess risk, and drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Partner across Product Creation, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, GEO teams, and manufacturing partners to align ownership and resolution plans.
  • Translate issue data, trends, KPIs, and investigation findings into actionable insights, clear recommendations, and leadership-ready communications.
  • Navigate high-stakes investigations with incomplete information, balancing urgency, sound judgment, and consumer impact.
  • Provide visibility to leaders on significant issues, issue patterns, risks, and resolution progress to enable informed decisions.
