Packaging Engineer/Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Job Description

• Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • 3 + year of packaging engineer experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) 

  • Ability to travel as needed on a local scale Strong written and oral communication skills 

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, effective project planning in terms of resources, strategies, cost, and time, with ability to meet project timelines 

  • Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex 

  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes 

  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety Systems pertaining to Safe Handling, Stacking, and storage of containers
