As a Foreign Exchange Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting Foreign Exchange (FX) and Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) operations. You'll work with international payments, settlements, investigations, trade transactions, and related documentation while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of critical banking activities.

Support foreign exchange and international banking operations that facilitate global commerce.
Manage high-priority transactions with strict deadlines and service-level expectations.
Develop expertise in international payments, wire processing, settlements, investigations, and trade-related products.

What You'll Do
Process and support Foreign Exchange (FX) and Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) products throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Facilitate trade transactions, payments, settlements, investigations, and disbursements with various internal and external stakeholders.
Review, execute, reconcile, and validate transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor time-sensitive workflows and prioritize work to meet strict processing deadlines.
Identify issues, investigate exceptions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize bank systems and technology tools to complete daily operational activities efficiently and accurately.

Work Environment
Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hybrid work arrangement 3+ days in office

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Five or more years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience supporting payments, wire transfers, treasury operations, fintech operations, banking operations, or other deadline-driven transaction environments.
Knowledge of foreign exchange products, payment services, international banking operations, or related financial services products.
Understanding of money movement, finance, accounting, settlements, or transaction processing.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify, resolve, or escalate issues independently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency, including experience navigating multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Data entry and operational processing experience with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
