About the Position: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). This position is located at Alexandria, Virginia for the Office of the Director, Strategic and Organizational Excellence, Research, Planning and Monitoring Branch. The position supports the the design and implementation of results-focused plans and leads the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program results.
Duties
Lead agency - wide operational performance monitoring to support operational excellence. Provide regular, data-driven feedback to inform decisions and corrective actions. Prepares comprehensive presentations and reports for aligned assessments and analyses. Develop and implement procedures to track performance against plans, outputs, and outcomes. Translate monitoring and evaluation results into concrete improvements. Develop and manage Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Plans.
