This position will sit on a broader Operations Deployment team that collectively maintains DaVita IKC’s release schedules and ensures initiatives are deployed with coordination and consistency. This team serves as trusted advisors to both centralized business teams and operations as they help ensure that projects are prepared for launch and that operators are prepared to absorb them into their day-to-day routines
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and visual tools to communicate initiative progress, milestones, and key metrics.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining cross-initiative timelines, tracking dependencies, and identifying blockers.
- Help summarize project status updates for stakeholder reporting and internal communications.
Project Management & Execution
- Support Project Manager and independently develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans to ensure smooth deployment of clinical initiatives and tools across operational teams.
- Monitor and follow up on action items across project workstreams, helping keep teammates accountable and informed.
- Support coordination of project meetings and working sessions; track notes, recaps, decisions, and next steps.
Training Coordination:
- Organize and facilitate effective training programs and materials for operators
Stakeholder Coordination
- Reach out to initiative owners and any key advisors or project stakeholders to gather updates, request inputs, and support timely deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and resource libraries that support project execution.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in project consulting, coordination, business operations, or analytics—healthcare experience a plus.
- Key Skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet, Asana, or other project management tools preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable reaching out to and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to team success.

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
