Leading key strategic client projects to develop and deliver product recommendations that provide clear, compelling direction and enable intuitive decision-making. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our product management team's strategic capabilities, including the creation of new tools, templates, and methodologies. Staying ahead of industry trends, especially in strategic thinking, ethical AI applications, and inclusive market analysis, and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and clients through accessible presentations, workshops, and thought leadership. Leading projects from initial strategic direction to final delivery, ensuring that the product vision is maintained throughout the process and that high-quality, visionary solutions are achieved with a consultative approach, with a focus on accessibility and user-centered design. Understanding the technical aspects of implementing digital solutions and ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategic roadmap, from initial requirements to concept and development. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams (UXD, Service Design, Tech, etc.) to translate product visions and strategies into tangible, impactful results that align with the overall strategic objectives. 5+ years of experience with a focus on product management in an agile & digital environment Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies. Proficiency in English (German is a plus, but not required) A passion for advocating for cutting-edge Product Management practices, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
