Product marketing managers at Matrix42 spearhead all marketing efforts for their assigned product(s). These individuals deeply understand their target audience’s everyday challenges and can clearly communicate how their product helps solve customer problems and create value. Through close collaborations with product owners, sales and marketing teams, product marketing managers can shape effective marketing content. Key requirements: Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration in technical and business teams, leading without direct authority. Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization to drive alignment and achieve objectives. Deep industry understanding , including customer needs, competitors’ landscape and emerging market trends and their impact on our business. Experience in driving sales readiness processes for new innovations or new products, including pricing, definition of product positioning, value proposition, product messaging and enablement . Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in product marketing content creation, including both thought leadership and product collateral. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills : Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, customer insights, and performance metrics, informing strategic and tactical decisions. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business goals together with product, sales and marketing teams. MUST HAVES Master of science/engineering degree in related field or comparable Expert grasp of software engineering, computer science, or a related field Minimum 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software business. Proven record of excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of successful product launches and product marketing campaigns Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously NICE TO HAVES MBA or proven result of a strong business acumen We deeply care about our people and the work we do.
