Positions are open on Days (650a-7p) and Nights (650p-7a). Overview The Cast House Associate is responsible for preparing, assembling, and installing casting materials and equipment. Employees in this department work 12-hour shifts (6:50a-7p, 6:50p-7a). Work shift consists of a two-week schedule rotation, week one three twelve-hour shifts and week two four twelve-hour shifts.
