Description Job Overview Processes and monitors fiscal transactions related to Public Utilities Department customer billings and payments. Audits, analyzes and reconciles revenue and expenditure postings to the department’s general ledger and balances daily account activity including accounts receivable, deposits, loans, PUCR and customer refunds.
