Senior Product/UX Designer B2B SaaS REMOTE (m/f/d)

Headquarters: Remote (Germany) Your mission We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company working at the intersection of technology and sustainability . As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and can lead the end-to-end development of impactful, user-friendly solutions. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives and regulatory guidance into clear product requirements and user experiences as well as for steering software development efforts. You will wear multiple hats: UX Designer and Product Owner . You will work closely with stakeholders across customers, development, and sustainability experts to create and evolve one of our digital products. You will lead the development of a product line from scratch and take ownership of the product lifecycle ensuring customer and commercial success. This is a role for doers: it combines forward-thinking product strategy with hands-on UX craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs Translate strategic priorities into user-centric product requirements and user stories Prioritize requirements and features based on impact, effort, and user benefit Design and facilitate workshops to align with customers and users (B2B SaaS application) Create and comprehensively document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes as a basis for collaboration with the software development team Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams Communicate progress, challenges, and insights effectively Your profile 5+ years of experience in product management, UX Design, or similar roles Strong UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping and user testing Experience in complex domains and industries, data-heavy apps, or enterprise software Proven track record of delivering successful digital products Excellent communication skills in English Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma) Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to dive into regulatory Why us?
