Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Equity Partner at Onside Capital. As an Equity Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying investment opportunities, analyzing potential acquisitions, raising equity, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also include overseeing financial performance, managing investor relations, performing market research, and contributing to the development of the firm's portfolio strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals. Qualifications Strong capabilities in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting Proficiency in Market Research and Data Interpretation Experience in Real Estate Investment and Portfolio Management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly for maintaining investor relationships Proven ability to negotiate and structure deals effectively Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities High level of organizational and project management skills A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus Prior experience in real estate investment or private equity is strongly preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment Please mention the word **EFFECTIVE** and tag ROjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#ROjox).
