Headquarters: El Salvador URL: http://pavago.co Description Product Designer (UX/UI Designer | SaaS Products & Design Systems) Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications. This is more than a visual design role. You’ll own the end-to-end product design process—from user research and interaction design to design systems and developer handoff. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into seamless digital experiences that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy solving complex product challenges, designing with systems in mind, and balancing user needs with business goals, this role is an excellent fit. What You’ll Own UX Research & Product Discovery Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture. Identify friction points and recommend user experience improvements. Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to support design decisions. UX/UI Design Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Create responsive experiences across desktop and mobile applications. Design modern, intuitive user interfaces aligned with SaaS best practices. Deliver production-ready designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Design Systems & Component Libraries Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems. Create reusable UI components and design patterns. Define standards for typography, spacing, color, icons, and interactions. Ensure consistency across all products and features. Accessibility & User Experience Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards. Improve usability across devices, browsers, and screen sizes. Create intuitive interfaces that reduce friction and improve engagement. Product Optimization Conduct A/B testing and usability validation. Analyze user behavior to improve conversion, retention, and engagement. Iterate designs based on customer feedback, analytics, and testing results. Collaboration & Developer Handoff Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Deliver developer-ready assets using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools. Provide interaction specifications, annotations, and design documentation. Strong portfolio demonstrating: UX problem-solving Product thinking Responsive design High-quality UI execution Core Skills Advanced proficiency in: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Experience creating: User flows Wireframes Interactive prototypes Design systems Strong understanding of: UX principles Accessibility Responsive design Usability testing Nice-to-Have Experience designing: SaaS platforms Enterprise software Consumer applications Experience maintaining large-scale design systems. Basic knowledge of: HTML CSS JavaScript Familiarity with: Mixpanel Amplitude Product analytics platforms What a Typical Day Looks Like Conduct user research and review product analytics. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Build interactive prototypes and validate design concepts. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers.
