We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our office in Edinbrg, TX . The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50 calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are 8AM-5PM.
