Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Shipfitters to support Navy and commercial ship repair operations. The Shipfitter performs structural layout, fit-up, and steel fabrication work aboard vessels and in dry dock environments. This role supports hull repairs, insert installations, structural modifications, and equipment foundations in active shipyard settings.
