Overview Healing Harvest is a program of the Dartmouth Cancer center which provides free groceries to cancer patients and their families. We are one of the largest oncology food support programs in the country and are thrilled to be bringing Healing Harvest services to patients at our St. Johnsbury location starting in fall 2026.
