Link Building & Outreach Manager (SaaS Listicles + Brand Mentions)

The role We’re hiring an Outreach Manager to own and scale our link building + brand mentions engine. This is not a basic VA outreach role. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercial, organized, and sharp — someone who understands that every quality placement, relationship, backlink, and mention can directly impact rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI visibility. You’ll work closely with our founder Irina and SEO/GEO Manager Cindy to help grow authority for our clients. Tasks Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward Requirements Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships SaaS or B2B experience preferred Strong written English and communication skills Organized, proactive, and reliable with follow-ups Able to work independently and own results 3+ hours overlap with European time zones Benefits Fully remote role Flexible schedule, results matter more than hours Unlimited time off Small but very productive team where your work truly matters Learn advanced SEO, GEO, AI search, growth systems, and automations Opportunity to grow into a bigger role This role can become much more than outreach if you’re ambitious.
